ABOUT
Gavin Fraser is a long-term co-Director of Gary Forrest.
When Forrest left High Street Group PLC in August 2021, Gavin became one of the Directors and the sole shareholder. The company name subsequently changed to Hadrian Real Estate.
It would seem Fraser’s presence is to give a clean image of Hadrian Real Estate. One that is untarnished by its previously director Gary Forrest. We know from Companies House that Forrest’s shares have been transferred to Gavin Fraser. This is all knowledge widely available to the public. He is acting in a quasi-trustee role, but Forrest is still very much the acting director. Fraser is the puppet, and Forrest is the shadow director pulling the strings.

- Hadrian Real Estate Plc used to be called High Street Group PLC until 09.08.2021. Gary Forrest resigned as a Director of HRE in August 2021. Gavin Fraser was already a Director of HRE. When Gary left, Gavin became sole shareholder of HRE.
- High Street Grp Ltd was the shareholder for All Saints Living but ceased in August 2021 and HRE became sole shareholder of All Saints Living.
- Gavin Fraser incorporated 5 companies between December 2021 and July 2022 with the prefix “Oakyard”. Gavin is Director of the companies and Hadrian Real Estate PLC is ultimate shareholder of all companies, with Gavin as HRE shareholder.
- Many of the companies that Gary Forrest resigned from, Gavin is now Director of, with the shareholdings held in Hadrian Real Estate (sometimes through the Oakyard companies or through All Saints Living Limited). These companies are not shared with Natalie Jordan Ellis and Phillip Brumwell. It appears Gary Forrest split his portfolio of companies between Natalie, Philip, and Gavin.
