We are aware of Loan Note Holders who invested in Beech Holdings as far back as 2018 and have not yet received any interest payments or redemptions. There was a special resolution in 2021 and the redemption date of investments was put back to 2024.
Subsequently, investors have been unable to contact Beech Holdings to check status of their investments despite attempting to contact Joseph Swartz (Investment Director) repeatedly, but with no response.
There are also investors who have paid deposits on apartments which have not yet been built and are missing out on rental income, as their money lies stagnant.
It’s also been revealed that investors are contractually bound by a confidentiality agreement, incorporated into a settlement agreement, that they were pressured into signing in 2019.
